CASology – Scary

Hi There!

It’s the time of the year when Halloween is celebrated in many countries around the world. The next cue word for the challenge at CASology is – ‘SCARY’.

We don’t celebrate Halloween in India, but my son and i wanna try carving a pumpkin this year just for fun.

Here’s my card

This one was very simple once i stamped and colored the pumpkin.  Initially i was thinking of having the pumpkin on a white card front with inked background. Later i changed my mind looking how well the colored pumpkin pops on a black background.

I hope my card inspires you to join us at CASology and gets you to crafting. Do  play along with us, just remember to keep it CAS. The following CAS guidelines should be of help when creating your design:

  1. One main image
  2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
  3. Limited layers & embellishments
  4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

Please check out the awesome CAS cards that the talented design team members and lovely guest designer made to inspire you:
